At MACOACH.com.ng, We take pride in the learning experiences of every student and do not like to see you being uncertain about how to work with our materials. Our products are digital educational materials (lesson notes, past questions, guides, etc.). This is why we have a specific refund policy because we want to be fair to everyone.

1. Digital Products

• All lesson notes, eBooks, past questions and whatever can be downloaded are non-refundable after being accessed or downloaded.
• This is so since the digital files cannot be returned after they have been dispatched

2. Duplicate Payments.

• In case you are mistakenly charged twice on the same product/service, please contact us.
• We will provide full refund on any confirmed duplicate transaction.

3. Wrong or Incomplete Delivery

• In case you order a product and do not receive it because of a system error, a broken link, or other problem with your email delivery, please inform us.
• We will dispatch the right product within a short time or issue a refund, where the problem is not resolvable.

4. Online Coaching or Classes

• For paid online classes or coaching sessions:
  • Cancellations at least 48 hours prior to a class may claim a refund or reschedule.
  • Any missed sessions which are not made known beforehand will not be refunded

5. No Guarantee of Exam Success

• Our materials are supportive to the preparation and confidence boosting only and they do not guarantee pass of any exam.
• Money will not be refunded on the basis of exam performance.

6. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, kindly contact us within 7 days of purchase with the following details:

• Your full name
• Date of purchase
• Order reference/transaction ID
• Reason for refund request
